Sisters charged after recklessly shooting at a man, say officers

 

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)– Two sisters have been charged by the Columbia Police Department after being accused of a shooting.

Sisters Leona Toatley and Jamila Toatley are accused of recklessly shooting at a man on 100 Ripplemeyer Ave on Sunday, Aug. 18.

CPD officers say a judge has set a $20K bond for the sisters after being charged with criminal conspiracy.

The man was not wounded, and investigators say additional arrested are forthcoming.
