SPD: Officers asking for public’s help finding teen last seen on Monday

Sumter PD said 15-year-old Khalese Benjamin was last seen by family when she left her home at about noon on Monday, Sept. 23, but has not returned.

SUMTER, S.C. (WOLO)– Officers with the Sumter Police Department are asking for the public’s help finding a teen last seen on Monday, said police.

Sumter PD said 15-year-old Khalese Benjamin was last seen by family when she left her home at about noon on Monday, Sept. 23, but has not returned.

She is described as 5 feet 3 inches tall, weighs about 130 lbs., and has black hair and brown eyes.

Investigators say the teen left home before without permission.
