Sumter County deputies are asking for the public’s help finding the teen who was last seen around Sept. 15, says the sheriff’s office.

SUMTER COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– Sumter County deputies are asking for the public’s help finding a teen last seen around Sept. 15, says the sheriff’s office.

Deputies say 17-year-old Markel Robinson has blocked his immediate family from contacting him.

Additionally, Robinson is rumored to be somewhere in the Myrtle Beach area, and has been placed in NCIC.

Anyone who sees the teen is asked to call 911, the Sumter County Sheriff’s Office at 803-436-2000, or report a tip anonymously for a reward at www.p3tips.com or download the p3 app.
