Man saved after vehicle stalls in flooded waters, say firefighters

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)– The intersection of Main and Whaley Streets are flooded as the Midlands deal with heavy rain, according to CRFD.

Columbia-Richland Fire Department also said, a Key Road driver had to be rescued after his vehicle stalled out in flooded waters.
