Columbia-Richland Firefighters find smoke coming from home, extinguish fire

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)– Columbia-Richland Firefighters quickly handled a house fire on S. Ott Road this afternoon, according to the department.

Firefighters arrived to the home shortly before 3:30 p.m. to find smoke coming from the crawl space of the property as well as a rear bedroom.

The fire which has been ruled an accident was brought under control, extinguished, no one was injured, says Columbia-Richland Fire Department.
