Gas prices up 12 cents in past week
COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)– Gas prices in South Carolina are significantly higher this week.
According to Gasbuddy, the average price per gallon in the Palmetto State has risen more than 12 cents in the past 7 days.
As of Monday, Sept. 30, the average price of a gallon of regular is $2.82.
Experts say the storm did not significantly impact prices but rather refinery snags and maintenance.
