Lexington County to extend operation hours for storm debris drop-off site

LEXINGTON COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– The County of Lexington is extending its debris site operation through the weekend, say officials.

County officials say the Ball Park Road site will be open on Saturday, October 5, from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday, October 6, from 12 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Ball Park Road site is only to be used by private Lexington County residents.

And businesses and commercial materials should be taken directly to the Edmund Landfill located at 429 Landfill Lane which is open Monday through Saturday from 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
