Tesla recalls 27K Cybertrucks due to rearview camera issue

(CNN)– Tesla has recalled 27 thousand Cybertrucks because of a rearview camera issue.

The National Highway Transportation Safety Administration Says the image being displayed could be delayed, increasing the risk of a crash.

The rearview display may appear blank for up to 8 seconds when the car is in reverse.

U.S. federal safety rules allow only a 2 second delay.

Tesla has released a software update to fix the issue.

Tesla’s Cybertruck has had 5 recalls since it was released last year.
