20-year-old, 2 teens arrested in connection with fast food restaurant shooting
COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)– Columbia police have arrested an adult and two teens for shooting at a fast food restaurant last month, according to investigators.
On September 20, at the Wendy’s Restaurant on Newland Drive.
20-year-old Javonte Sudden and two 15-year-old boys are accused of conspiring to shoot a 25-year-old man after a previous argument.
The victim was shot in the lower body and was treated for his injuries. All three suspects are charged with attempted murder, among other crimes.
Sutton was taken to the Alvin Glen Detention Center while both teenagers were taken to Department of Juvenile Justice (DJJ).
