Ground beef recalled due to e-coli concerns

(CNN)– More than 167 thousand pounds of ground beef have been recalled due to possible e-coli contamination.

The beef was shipped to restaurants nationwide from Wolverine Packing Company.

Since the beginning of November, 15 people who had eaten ground beef reported feeling ill in Minnesota.

A sample tested on November 20, was positive for e-coli.

Impacts items could have been fresh or frozen.
