SCDOT continuing hurricane clean up
COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)– The South Carolina Department of Transportation is continuing clean up of the state’s roadways after Hurricane Helene.
SCDOT officials gave updates on recovery efforts on Friday, Nov. 22.
Officials say there are 98 crews and 214 contractor units working to remove debris.
Since October, more than 1 million cubic yards of debris have been collected.
