South Carolina Secretary of State Mark Hammond Announces Angels for 2024

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)– Each year Secretary of State Mark Hammond releases his list of angels.

The angels are the South Carolina charities that use the largest percentage of their donations toward their missions.

This year’s top contributors are Cliffs Residents Outreach of Travelers Rest, Habitat For Humanity of Horry County, and Keepin’ It Real Ministries in Columbia.

Hammond says it is important to keep these things in mind when donating during the holiday season.
