Police say Komoroski was driving 65mph in a 25mph zone, and her blood alcohol content was three times the legal limit.

Hutchinson was badly injured, and Miller was killed.

At first, Komoroski was denied bond in August of 2023 after being deemed a flight risk.

She was then granted a $150,000 bond after officials could not start her trial by March of this year.
