City of Cayce Chief of Police stepping down after 2 months
CAYCE, S.C. (WOLO)– The City of Cayce has announced that Chief of Police Herbert Blake, has resigned effective immediately.
The City and Cayce’s elected officials say they wish him well in his future endeavors.
Cayce’s Interim City Manager, Jim Crosland, stated “We have a senior Command Staff and a fully capable police force that will continue to serve our city and to keep our citizens safe.
He continued, “We have an immediate plan to resume our search for the right person to lead our Cayce Police Department.”
