Columbia Police investigating Gervais Street shooting

Officers with the Columbia Police Department are investigating a shooting after a report of a shooting on Gervais Street on Friday, said CPD.

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)– Officers with the Columbia Police Department are investigating a shooting after a report of a shooting on Gervais Street on Friday, said CPD.

Shortly before 7 p.m. on Friday, December 13, officers said a man was found injured in the 1700 block of Gervais Street.

The man was taken to a nearby hospital by EMS.
