Unemployment up in South Carolina

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)– Unemployment is on the rise in South Carolina.

According to the Department of Employment and Work Force, the number of unemployment people in the Palmetto State increased by more than 3 thousand from October to November.

Department officials say the number increased so significantly because of an increase in the state’s overall population.
