ORANGEBURG COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– Orangeburg County Sheriff Leroy Ravenell said that after a lengthy joint-investigation the recovery of vehicles and equipment has happened.
The six-month-long jointed investigation by the Orangeburg County Sheriff’s Office and the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division led to the recovery of an estimated $250,000 in vehicles and equipment.
“This investigation took more than six months to bring to fruition but recovering vehicles and heavy equipment make the effort worth it,” the sheriff said.
Investigators said among the recovered vehicles were a skid steer, three heavy-duty pickup trucks, a heavy-duty trailer, and a Lexus sedan.
