Calhoun County investigators requesting public’s assistance regarding stolen truck, equipment
CALHOUN COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– Calhoun County investigators are requesting the public’s assistance regarding a stolen truck and equipment, said deputies.
Investigators said on Saturday, December 28, around 4:30 a.m. someone broke into Gantt Farms (27 Live Oak Trl, St. Matthews) and stole several pieces of equipment.
Along with various automotive tools and equipment, some of the items stolen were as follows:
- chrome snap on scanner
- chrome set of wrenches
- blue Miller Multimatic 215 Multiprocess Welder with Welding Cart
- chrome tiger tool
- Hobart Airforce 12ci Plasma Cutter with built-in air compressor
Also stolen was a black diesel 2018 GMC Denali 2500 with an 8 foot bed, and SC Tag WHS404.
Deputies said there’s a black steel brush guard with a winch attachment on the front, along with a license plate that says “Broom Heating & Air” in red lettering.
The truck also has 20in chrome Denali rims.
The sheriff’s office said the owner of the trucking company, Jeremy Gantt is offering a $1,000 reward for any information leading to the recovery of the stolen truck and equipment.
