Toyota donates to Trump inauguration
(CNN)– Toyota is the latest automaker to donate $1 million to President-elect Donald Trump’s inauguration.
Toyota Motor’s North America unit confirmed the donation.
Toyota joins rivals General Motors and Ford in tear million dollar contributions to the Trump inauguration fund.
Trump’s proposed tariffs would hit the U.S. auto industry in general, as different parts and materials for vehicles are produced all around the world.
