Monday Headlines: Congressman Jim Clyburn and City of Columbia Officials are announcing a 205 million dollar fund to fix the railroads on Assembly St. & State Lawmakers announced that the placement of the Robert Smalls statue will be on the north side of the Capitol building across from former governor Ben Tillman.
