Capital One experiencing tech issues thats affecting customers

(CNN)– Capital One says a ‘technical issue’ is affecting some customers’ ability to access money online.

According to the company, the problem is with a third-party vendor Capital One uses.

The bank says the issue is impacting payment processing and deposits, as well as its consumer, small business, and commercial banks.

Thousands of people reported problems on down-detector, a website that monitors outages.

The bank apologized to customers and said it is working with vendors to resolve the issue.
