Columbia Police investigating fatal Farrow Road shooting

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)– Columbia Police say they are investigating a fatal shooting Monday that happened in the 5700 block of Farrow Road.

Police were called to the area shortly after 10 a.m. and found the man who was shot.

Richland County Coroner Naida Rutherford identified the victim as Patrick Martin, 50, of Elgin, who died at the hospital from his injuries.

Officers have detained another male for questioning.

This incident remains under investigation.
