Saluda County deputies asking for public’s help locating 81-year-old man with medical concerns

SALUDA COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– The Saluda County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help locating a 81-year-old man with medical concerns, said deputies.

Investigators said James Howard Breeden last spoke to a family member at his home on Joshua Road on January 10.

The sheriff’s office was contacted to do a welfare check in the evening hours of Jan. 29.
