Batesburg-Leesville man arrested on child sexual abuse material charges, says AG’s Office

LEXINGTON COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson has announced the arrest of a 19-year-old Batesburg-Leesville man in connection with sexual exploitation of minors.
Investigators say a CyberTipline report from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) led to Shaquezius Leevontae Dennis, who was arrested on January 31.
Additionally, investigators state Dennis distributed files of child sexual abuse material.
Dennis is charged with one count of sexual exploitation of a minor, second degree which is a felony offense punishable by up to 10 years imprisonment.
