Richland County Public Defender’s Office offering residents free legal advice

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)– Richland County residents have a chance for some free legal advice.

This Friday, Feb. 7, and Saturday, Feb. 8, the Fifth Judicial Circuit Solicitor’s Office, the Richland County Public Defender’s Office, and Rainy Day Fund will hold a free legal clinic.

It will take place from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m on Friday and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday at the Benedict College Business Development Center.

Some of the available services include drivers license re-instatement, bench warrant resolution, and expungement information.
