COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)– Councilwoman Gretchen D. Barron of District 7 is hosting a self-defense class with Women’s Safety Sundays, according to the county.

Women will learn self-defense strategies to avoid dangerous situations on Feb. 23, from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the Denny Terrace Gym (6429 Bishop Ave).
