Couple accused of being involved in altercation with 17-year-old arrested, police say

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)– A couple accused of being involved in an altercation with a 17-year-old has been arrested, said CPD.

Shandria Goodwin and Skylar Damon are accused of being involved in a fight that happened in the 2200 block of Barhamville Road on Feb. 4.

Officers said the altercation that was captured on video and posted to social media shows the two encouraging a 16-year-old girl to assault a 17-year-old girl.

Additionally, the two are accused of assaulting the victim.

Shandria Goodwin and Skylar Damon were both charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

And Goodwin was also charged with assault and battery 3rd degree.

Columbia Police Department said the same charge is pending against Damon.

Both Goodwin and Damon bonded out of the Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center (ASGDC).
