FCSO: Man arrested in relation with distributing illegal drugs at Town of Winnsboro home

FAIRFIELD COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– Fairfield County Sheriff Will Montgomery announces the arrest of a man in relation to distributing illegal drugs at a home in the Town of Winnsboro.

Investigators with the Fairfield County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Division executed a search warrant at a home on Calhoun Street Wednesday, February 12.

During the search, deputies found quantities of both cocaine and cocaine base (crack) along with illegally possessed firearms.

As a result of the evidence found during the investigation, Frankie Boulware Jr. was arrested and charged.

Boulware Jr. was charged with PWID of cocaine base (2nd Offense), PWID cocaine (2nd Offense), possession of a firearm by person convicted of certain crimes, weapons/ unlawful for person convicted of DV 1st degree, and prescription law violation.
