Man sentenced for his role in Columbiana Mall shooting

Lexington Co., SC (WOLO) — A man the Lexington Sheriff’s Department says was involved in the 2022 Columbiana Mall shooting where 9 bystanders were hit by gunfire when he and two other men started shooting at each other.

Friday Judge Walton McLeod gave his ruling handing 5 year old jewayne price a sentence of 35 years in prison.
officials say price is convicted of two counts of attempted murder and nine counts of assault and battery of a high and aggravated nature after the easter weekend incident.
