Saluda Co. coroner identifies homicide victim

SALUDA COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– Saluda County Coroner’s Office has identified the victim of a homicide, said the coroner’s office.
According to the coroner’s office, Saluda County Coroner Angie Rita was contacted by Sheriff Josh Price on the afternoon of Saturday, February 22, in relation to a homicide investigation on the northern side of the county.
The victim’s body was located and identified as Tristan D. Grigsby, age 20 of Saluda. An autopsy has been scheduled for this week.
The death investigation is ongoing by the Saluda County Sheriff’s Office and the Coroner’s Office, with the SC Law Enforcement Division (SLED) also assisting.
