Mug shot released of Beechwood Middle teacher accused of Criminal Sexual Conduct

Lexington Co., SC (WOLO) — The arrest mugshot of the teacher at Beechwood Middle School in Lexington that is alleged to have criminal sexual conduct with a 15 year old and giving them alcohol.

30 year old Luther Truluck, as noted in the affidavit, picked up the student on new years day at a nearby neighborhood and brought them back to his home and gave them alcohol.

This is not the first time they met. In a previous encounter authorities say picked the minor up at a nearby high school. Truluck used a name on SnapChat to disguise his real name and was identified through a photo lineup by the 15 year old. Truluck was released on a $45,000 dollars bond and was told not to have contact with the victim, their family and to not have access to social media as well as not go to the victim’s home.
