Fairfield Co. coroner identifies 10-month-old after fatal Thursday collision
FAIRFIELD COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– Fairfield County Coroner Chris Hill has released the name of the baby who died after a fatal collision on Thursday, said the coroner’s office.
According to Coroner Hill, 10-month-old Honesty Swearington of Irmo, was an unrestrained passenger of a vehicle that left the roadway on Thursday, March 6.
The coroner’s office also said the vehicle overturned numerous times, and ejected the child.
An autopsy has been scheduled to determine the cause of death.
Fairfield County Coroner’s Office and South Carolina Highway Patrol will continue to investigate.
