Irmo man indicted in connection with threatening President Donald Trump’s life

 

 

 

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)– An Irmo man has been indicted by a federal grand jury for threatening President Donald Trump’s life.

According to the U.S. Attorney’s Office, 47-year-old Travis Lang, who pled not guilty was denied bond in court on Friday following his arrest on Thursday.

Authorities say he made threats to kidnap harm and kill the president last month.

He faces a maximum penalty of five years in prison.
