SCDOT to conduct temporary, single-lane closures on part of I-20 East in Richland County

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)– The South Carolina Department of Transportation (SCDOT) will have temporary, single-lane closures on I-20 East at mile maker 81 between Clemson Road and Spears Creek Church Road for shoulder repairs, said SCDOT.

These lane closures will take place during the following days and times:

  • Monday, March 17  from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
  • Tuesday, March 18 from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
  • Wednesday, March 19 from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
  • March 24 from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
  • March 25 from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

SCDOT asks that if you are driving through the area to slow down and pay attention to crews working. Drivers should expect delays and seek alternate routes, if possible.
