State senator launches exploratory committee for governor’s race

Columbia, S.C. (WOLO)– A state senator is the first candidate to launch an exploratory committee heading into the next gubernatorial election.

The Spartanburg Republican has served in the state senate since 2020.
The gubernatorial election will take place November 3rd, 2026.
