Visas terminated for some international students

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)– A spokesperson for the University of South Carolina confirms visas have been terminated for several international students.

ABC Columbia was told the university has been in communication with those students but they are unable to provide additional details due to privacy concerns.

The terminations come after President Donald Trump issued an executive order revoking the visas of students who take part in Pro-Palestinian protests.

There is no confirmation that the students at USCc did or did not participate in such protests.
