Target brand baby food recalled due to lead
(CNN)– Parents, check your pantry.
Baby food sold at a major retailer is being recalled for containing elevated levels of lead.
The recall includes more than 25-thousand units of Target ‘Good and Gather baby pea, zucchini, kale, and thyme puree.’
The products were sold at Target stores nationwide.
According to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, the affected products have ‘best by’ dates of December 7, 2025 and December 9, 2025.
