Columbia Police: 21-year-old arrested after Monday shooting at apartment complex

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)–Columbia Police are investigating an apartment shooting that on Monday, said CPD.

Law enforcement said the shooting happened shortly before 1:30 p.m. at Arrington Place Apts on 1720 Van Heise Street near Carnegie Street.

A male was taken to a hospital for treatment and in stable condition, said Columbia PD.

Investigators have charged 21-year-old Christina Davis with criminal domestic violence of a high and aggravated nature, and possession of a weapon during a violent crime after the shooting.

Davis is accused of shooting a 17-year-old male acquaintance during an argument.
