Three accused of trafficking meth arrested during traffic stop
Sumter Co., S.C. (WOLO) — The Sumter County Sheriff’s Office held a routine traffic checkpoint Tuesday night just before 10 p.m. where they were checking seatbelt use, drivers licenses, registrations, child safety seats, and insurance. During that time deputies say one of the cars they stopped had an AR style rifle and drug paraphernalia sitting in plain view.
Deputies say all three occupants in the car, 47 year old Albert Cooper II, 33 year old Candace Evans, and 34 year old Christopher Moses were all arrested and charged with Trafficking In Methamphetamine, and Possession of a Weapon During a Violent Crime.
