Children’s Charities of the Midlands make donation to help local kids in need

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)– Monday morning, April 28, Children’s Charities of the Midlands made a size-able donation to help local kids in need.

The group presented a check for $139,000 that will be distributed to 18 different organizations that help children.

The funds were raised through events like a corn-hole tournament, a 5K turkey trot, and a polar plunge among others.
