Cam Scott Runs It Back: Former Lexington Star Returns to Gamecocks

Cam Scott is coming back home. After entering the transfer portal in April, the former Lexington High School star has decided to return for another season under South Carolina head coach Lamont Paris.

The news was first reported by Lou Bezjak of The State.

Last season, Scott averaged 2.5 points and 1.3 rebounds per game. He has three years of eligibility remaining.

The Gamecocks will look much different this fall, as Coach Paris has added six players from the transfer portal and five incoming freshmen to the roster.
