Lexington-Richland Five held annual Job Olympics for students to showcase talents
(CNN)– Non-diploma students of Lexington-Richland Five took part in the district’s annual Job Olympics Thursday morning.
The event at Seven Oaks Park allowed high schoolers to showcase their skills and help them prepare for the work-force.
Students sorted silverware, bagged and stocked groceries, folded linens, learned how to fill out applications and more.
But it’s not all work, there’s plenty of play too.
They participate in a number of games and dance to their favorite pop songs.
The Job Olympics have been going strong since 2018.
