Sumter Co. coroner identifies Dink Street victim

SUMTER COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)–  Sumter County Coroner Robbie Baker has identified the person who died after a shooting, said the coroner’s office.

According to Coroner Baker, Robert Dustin Burleson, 43, died on Wednesday, May 7, after receiving a gunshot wound around 5 in the morning.

The incident happened at 24 Dink Street.

The coroner’s office said an autopsy will be performed on Monday at The Medical University in Charleston.

Sumter County Coroner’s Office, and the Sumter County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the incident.
