(WPDE) — Coastal Carolina University has responded after U.S. Congresswoman Nancy Mace, who represents the Charleston area, accused the university of promoting cross-dressing on their website.
Rep. Mace posted a series of videos on Facebook, claiming the university of promoting crossdressing on their website.
In a video posted on Wednesday, she said:
Why is a South Carolina school promoting cross-dressing on their website?
On Thursday, Rep. Mace posted on X what she claims to be a screenshot of the third-party link on the university’s website.

The university told ABC 15 this in response to Mace’s claims:
Coastal Carolina University is aware of the link in question, which directed users to a third-party website. The link has since been removed from our website. We appreciate this matter being brought to our attention and are conducting a review of the site to ensure that third-party links align with our site’s guidelines.
The page cannot be found as of now.
