Monday Headlines: Authorities With The South Carolina Department Of Corrections are investigating the death of 40 y/o Leo Cheeks after he was found unresponsive in his cell at Lee Correctional Institution & Columbia-Richland Firefighters responded to a fatal house fire in Gadsden with one found dead.
