Publix issues recall on GreenWise baby food pouches

(CNN)– Publix has issued a voluntary recall of its ‘Greenwise pear, kiwi, spinach, and pea’ baby food.

The food comes in four-ounce plastic pouches. Officials say it could contain elevated levels of lead.

The baby food was sold in stores in South Carolina, Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, North Carolina, Virginia, and Kentucky.

Customers can return it to Publix stores for a refund.
