Cayce Police Dept announces arrest of man in relation to burglary charges

CAYCE, S.C. (WOLO)– The Cayce Police Department has announced the arrest of a man on burglary charges, said the dept.

Police said Jaylan Lawrence was arrested during the early morning hours on May 16, in relation to four burglary charges and sixteen charges of burning the land of another.

Lawrence’s charges stem from an investigation into multiple fires set along the Cayce Riverwalk and surrounding commercial properties during March and April of this year.
