SCDOT to close Brewer Springs Road bridge over Swift Creek in Kershaw County for repairs

KERSHAW COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– SCDOT will temporarily close and detour the Brewer Springs Road bridge in Kershaw County for repairs beginning next Tuesday, say officials.

The Tues, May 27, closure is anticipated to last until June, according to the South Carolina Department of Transportation.

Drivers are asked to seek alternate routes, if possible and expect delays during the closures.

Also drivers are asked to slow down and pay attention when driving through a work zone.
