SCDOT to close Macedonia Road bridge in Orangeburg County for repairs
ORANGEBURG COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– SCDOT will be temporarily closing and detouring the Macedonia Road bridge in Orangeburg County for bridge repairs, say officials.
The South Carolina Department of Transportation says beginning Tuesday, May 27 is when the closure and detour will begin.
Officials expect the closure to last until the end of June.

Drivers are asked to seek alternate routes, if possible and expect delays during the closures.
Also, drivers are asked to slow down and pay attention when driving through a work zone.
