CPD’s Special Victims Unit identify man accused of indecent exposure at bookstore

 

 

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)– Columbia Police Department says its Special Victims Unit investigators have identified the man who was accused of an indecent exposure incident at a bookstore earlier this month.

Dominique Cockfield, 34, is accused of exposing himself to a child in the children’s section of the Garners Ferry Road Barnes & Noble bookstore.

Cockfield who is a registered sex offender in South Carolina is charged with criminal solicitation of a minor, and indecent exposure.

Investigators say Cockfield is out of jail on a $50k surety bond set by a judge.
